All donation requests must be submitted on letterhead and faxed or mailed at least six weeks in advance to:

Because of pre-NASCAR event planning, donation requests can not be accepted between March 15 and April 22, 2009, or between October 15 and November 22, 2009. Please contact PIR outside of the aforementioned periods to ensure a prompt response. Thank you.
