To Request a Media Credential:
Thank you for your interest in providing media coverage of Phoenix International Raceway events.
For those applying for media credentials at Phoenix International Raceway for the first time, the media application must be completed and accompany a letter of request on company letterhead. Media outlets who wish to cover events at Phoenix International Raceway must submit a request for media credentials via mail, fax or email at least four (4) weeks in advance of the event. For your convenience, media credential applications may be completed online by clicking here or downloaded here.
Requests for media credentials must be submitted on company letterhead or be sent from a company email address and should be made by the assigning editor, director or producer. The request must include the names, contact information and duties of all individuals for whom credentials are being requested.
Credentials are issued to individuals who are on assignment for accredited media outlets only. Credentials will not be provided for family or friends and are not issued for the purpose of receiving autographs.
Credentials are issued on-site at Phoenix International Raceway and must be signed for by the individual for whom the credential is issued. Valid photo identification is required.
Those members of the media who are approved for an event media credential will receive a confirmation prior to the event. If a confirmation has not been received one (1) week prior to the event, please contact the Communications Department before arriving at the track.

Additional Information:
The following guidelines have been established by NASCAR for media desiring access to the pit and garage areas at all NASCAR-sanctioned events:
- Shorts are not permitted
- Shirts must have fully-covered shoulders
- Open-toed shoes are not permitted
- Media are not permitted over the pit wall
Phoenix International Raceway may not be able to approve every request for a media credential and reserves the right to revoke the credential of any individual at any time.
