Tickets Remain for NASCAR's Semi-Final Weekend

Ticket office open seven days a week beginning October 25
The thrill of NASCAR action at Phoenix International Raceway is just three weeks away, and tickets are available for each night of action in the Checker O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 Presented by Pennzoil event weekend. Seats remain for select grandstand areas and can be purchased online at www.phoenixraceway.com or over the phone at 1-866-408-RACE (7223). Tickets to PIR's Raceway Club, including food, drink, and exclusive souvenirs, are available. Raceway Club guests will be treated throughout the weekend to appearances from some of the top names in NASCAR, including Kasey Kahne, Kevin Harvick, Scott Speed, and Regan Smith, adding to a hospitality lineup which also includes a Sunday appearance by Carl Edwards in Trackside Club. Special Veterans Day weekend ticket packages are also for sale, celebrating the service of current and veteran armed forces personnel with a ticket to the Friday, November 7 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Lucas Oil 150 and Raceway Club admission for the day. Defending series champion and current points leader Ron Hornaday will drive a special Veterans of Foreign Wars paint scheme on his No. 33 Chevrolet to mark a special partnership between PIR, the VFW, and Kevin Harvick Inc. For added convenience, the Phoenix International Raceway Ticket Office will be open seven days a week leading up to the Checker O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 Presented by Pennzoil event weekend, giving race fans more time to buy tickets in person in the days before the green flag. The PIR Ticket Office will open for special hours on Saturday, October 25 and Sunday, October 26, and again on Saturday, November 1 and Sunday, November 2, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Normal weekday ticket office hours in the weeks leading up to the event are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The PIR Ticket Office is located in Avondale at 125 S. Avondale Boulevard, just south of I-10 at Exit 131.

    Arizona native, five-time World Series of Fighting Champion and current UFC lightweight Justin “The Highlight” Gaethje will lead the field to the green flag behind the wheel of the Official 2017 Toyota Camry Pace Car at the start of the Can-Am 500 at Phoenix Raceway on Sunday, Nov. 12. As the honorary pace car driver, the 28-year old mixed martial artist will lead the warm up lap around the one-mile oval.
