Sperber on Radio Wednesday
Track president to appear as "Newsmaker of the Week"
From Show Release Bryan Sperber, president of Phoenix International Raceway, will be the Newsmaker of the Week on The Race Reporters radio show, Wednesday, March 24, at 7 p.m. EDT (4 p.m. Arizona), on www.PowerUpChannel.com. Sperber has been in charge of the Arizona one-mile oval since March 2002. Prior to that, he was president of Watkins Glen International, and served in various management and marketing positions with International Speedway Corp. He'll discuss a variety of Business of Racing and NASCAR industry issues. This will be Sperber's second appearance on The Race Reporters, the top-rated program on the Power Up Channel. Host Michael Knight will be joined for the journalists' roundtable by Mark Armijo of The Arizona Republic and Bob Pockrass of SceneDaily.com.
