SAUL 'EL JAGUAR' TO PERFORM AT NMTS RACE
Phoenix International Raceway President Bryan R. Sperber announced today that the popular Mexican singer Saul Alarcon “El Jaguar” will be performing live at the February 28 NASCAR Mexico Toyota Series race.
Saul “El Jaguar” a native of Delicias, Chihuahua, will be performing the Mexican national anthem prior to the start of the race. Following the NASCAR Mexico Toyota Series event, Saul “El Jaguar” will entertain fans with a performance on the midway. Access to the concert and fan midway is free to all ticket holders for the Friday, February 28 event.
“I look forward to be playing for all the people that will be at the race track to see the racers from Mexico and to listen to our music and dance,” said Saul, “El Jaguar”. “I know it will be a night to remember!”
At only 22 years of age, Saul “El Jaguar” Alarcon is already considered a veteran of the Regional Mexican music scene. The youngest of 13 brothers and sisters, Alarcon began by singing at family gatherings since the young age of three.
El Jaguar’s latest release, El Katch, features his biggest hit to date, the album’s title track which details the fashion and lifestyle of the “Bushones,” young men who have added modern touches – flashy caps, shirts and bags – to the traditional outfits worn by their predecessors.
