Super Bowl XLIX concluded last night in Glendale with the New England Patriots’ 28-24 win over the Seattle Seahawks, and the Waste Management Phoenix Open wrapped up Sunday afternoon in Scottsdale with Brooks Koepka’s one-shot victory, leaving Phoenix-area sports fans to wonder what the next big event will be on the Valley sports calendar.

In 41 days, the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will return to Phoenix International Raceway with the CampingWorld.com 500 on Sunday, March 15 at 12:30 p.m. MST.

NASCAR kicks off its 2015 season with The Great American Race, the Daytona 500, on Sunday, February 22 as Kevin Harvick will embark on his defense of his 2014 Sprint Cup Series title. Harvick is a six-time winner at PIR and the winner of the last three Sprint Cup Series races at the track.

In addition to the CampingWorld.com 500, the race weekend at PIR will include the NASCAR XFINITY Series race on Saturday, March 14 at 1 p.m. MST and the Toyota 120 NASCAR Mexico Series race on Friday, March 13 at 7 p.m. MST.

Tickets for the CampingWorld.com 500 start at just $25, and 2015 season tickets are available beginning at $99. Individual tickets and season tickets are available online at PhoenixRaceway.com, by phone at 1-866-408-RACE (7223) or in person at the PIR ticket office.

Each season ticket includes admission to all NASCAR races during both event weekends, along with great savings over individual ticket prices. Season ticket holders also have the exclusive opportunity to purchase parking passes, pre-race pit passes and Budweiser ROLL-BAR passes at discounted prices. Other exclusive benefits to season ticket holders include the first opportunity to upgrade or change seat locations each year and the opportunity to purchase additional race tickets at the discounted season ticket holder price.
