NASCAR's all-time wins leader and Richard Petty Raceway namesake Richard Petty will appear at the track's Grand Opening at 2 p.m. Friday afternoon. Richard Petty Motorsports driver A.J. Allmendinger is also scheduled to appear as the newest PIR attraction officially opens.
