    Fans at Phoenix International Raceway will be in for a treat at the DAV 200 – Honoring America’s Veterans when Drew Ryniewicz, one of the breakout stars of FOX’s talent-search show “X Factor USA,” performs the national anthem on stage before the start of the race.

    NASCAR NATIONWIDE SERIES RACE HONORS DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS AT PIR

    Phoenix International Raceway President Bryan R. Sperber announced today that DAV (Disabled American Veterans) will be recognized as the title sponsor of the track’s November NASCAR Nationwide Series race. The DAV 200 – Honoring America’s Veterans will be the featured event on the third day of PIR’s Veterans Day race weekend.

    BUCKCHERRY TO ROCK THE STAGE PRIOR TO QUICKEN LOANS RACE FOR HEROES 500

    Race fans at Phoenix International Raceway will be in for a thrill when the popular rock band Buckcherry takes the stage prior to the Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500 on Sunday, Nov. 9. Buckcherry will perform live on the Budweiser ROLL-BAR Stage from 11 – 11:45 a.m. The concert, which resulted from a partnership between PIR and Niner Sports & Entertainment, is just one part of race-day excitement and is free to all Sunday ticket holders.

    NASCAR STAR MATT KENSETH SHOWS OFF HIS BURNOUT SKILLS IN DOWNTOWN PHOENIX

    NASCAR star Matt Kenseth, driver of the No. 20 Dollar General Toyota Camry, wowed race fans in downtown Phoenix when he revved up his Camry and performed a burnout on 3rd Street. Kenseth, the 2003 Winston Cup Champion and a two-time Daytona 500 winner, was in town to promote the Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500 at Phoenix International Raceway on Sunday, Nov. 9.

    HAYLEY ORRANTIA TO PERFORM NATIONAL ANTHEM PRIOR TO QUICKEN LOANS RACE FOR HEROES 500

    Fans at Phoenix International Raceway will be in for a thrill at the Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500 when Hayley Orrantia, one of the stars ABC’s hit sitcom “The Goldbergs,” performs the national anthem on stage before the start of the race. The final Eliminator race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup, the Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500 is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 9 at 1:00 p.m. MST (3:00 p.m. EST) and will be televised live on ESPN.
