2015 NASCAR SEASON GETS UNDERWAY FRIDAY IN DAYTONA

The green flag will drop for the first time in the 2015 NASCAR season on Friday afternoon at Daytona International Speedway at 3 p.m. MST (5 p.m. EST) when the Sprint Cup Series cars hit the track for the first practice session of the year, kicking off Budweiser Speedweeks. The 10-day schedule of racing action culminates with the Great American Race, the 2015 Daytona 500, on Sunday, February 22 at 11 a.m. MST (1 p.m. EST).

PHOENIX RACEWAY CELEBRATES MILITARY AND VETERANS THROUGHOUT CAN-AM 500 NASCAR RACE WEEKEND

Phoenix Raceway will cap off a weekend full of Veterans Day recognition with the first four-plane flyover featuring two F-16 and two F-35 fighter jets from Luke Air Force Base. The fall race at PIR traditionally lands on Veterans Day weekend, and for the 2016 Can-Am 500 race, Phoenix Raceway will recognize veterans both on and off the track.
