2021 March NASCAR Weekend Ticket Assistance

As a result of the Coronavirus’ impact on our nation and state and local health guidelines, we have taken actions to protect the safety of our fans, vendors and industry members. A limited number of fans ​will be permitted in the grandstands for the March NASCAR weekend at Phoenix Raceway, March 12-14, 2021.

Fans who purchased a grandstand seat and were unable to be reseated will automatically receive a credit for the full amount of the order, plus an additional 20% of the total amount, in their Phoenix Raceway account by January 27. No action is needed to receive this credit.

The credit can be applied to a future race event in 2021 or 2022 at a NASCAR-owned track. For additional ticket holder options and more information, please see below. Refund request for your grandstand purchase were due February 25, 2021. Please note that our team will be in touch as soon as possible regarding refund requests, but will take a minimum of 30 days from the original form submission date to process requests.

FAQ

AT WHAT OTHER TRACKS CAN I USE THE EVENT CREDIT?

Ticket holders will receive a credit within their account automatically by end of day January 27. No customer action is needed to receive the credit. Ticket holders may use the 120% credit toward a future 2021 or 2022 NASCAR-sanctioned event at any NASCAR-owned track, subject to availability.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET AN EVENT CREDIT TOWARDS 2020 OR 2021 EVENTS?
Ticket holders will receive a credit, for the above experiences, in their Phoenix Raceway account automatically. No action is needed to receive the credit.
CAN I GET A REFUND INSTEAD OF AN EVENT CREDIT?

Ticket holders requesting a refund must complete the refund request form. Deadline to submit for a request is February 25, 2021.

CAN I USE MY 120% CREDIT TOWARDS MY RENEWAL?
Yes, the credit can be applied to your 2022 Phoenix Raceway renewal. Information on how to apply your credit to your renewal will be provided during the renewal period.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds will be processed back to the credit card used on the original order. Refunds could take a minimum of 30 days to show on your credit card. If tickets were purchased using another method of payment, a refund check will be issued and mailed to the ticket holder on file. Refund checks could additionally delay payment. Every effort will be made to expedite your refund.
I BOUGHT TICKETS THROUGH ANOTHER SOURCE, CAN I STILL GET AN EVENT CREDIT OR REFUND?
If you purchased tickets through a third party, please reach out to the third party for their refund policy.
I WAS UNABLE TO BE RESEATED IN THE GRANDSTANDS, BUT STILL HAVE CAMPING PASSES. CAN I OPT TO MOVE MY CAMPING TO NEXT YEAR INSTEAD?

Requests to move your camping purchase to 2022 had to be submitted by January 29, 2021. The request form is now closed.
