IS GENERAL ADMISSION SEATING AVAILABLE? WHAT IS HILLSIDE?
Yes! Phoenix Raceway Hillside general admission seating is available Sunday of race weekend. It is recommended that guests who purchase Hillside tickets bring a chair or blanket to sit on, as there are no actual seats on the hill. Entrances for the Hillside are located at Gate 9 and Gate 11. Full-size coolers are allowed on the hill but cannot contain glass containers or alcoholic beverages. Food and portable toilets are located nearby. Hillside tickets may include admission through the reserved grandstand gates (Gates 2-5) for access to the Midway. The FanShield Infield Experience Pass is required for any fan to enter the pit area. Fans with an infield wristband have access to the fan side of the garages. You may purchase access to The FanShield Infield Experience by calling 866.408.RACE (7223) or by clicking here.
Pit availability depends on the on-track activity schedule. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited on pit road at all times. Guests must be mindful of security and NASCAR officials while on pit road. The FanShield Infield Experience Pass access depends on the specific event weekend. Per NASCAR, Minors (17 and under) admitted in the Pit area on Sunday only and must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.
On Sunday, The FanShield Infield Experience allows access to pit road and the area around the Pre-Race Stage. Access to pit road, excluding direct access to the race cars, is allowed up to 1 hour before the start of the race.
NASCAR controls garage access on their race weekends, meaning Phoenix Raceway does not sell garage passes.
Yes! Kids 17 & under are required to have tickets each day in the grandstands. Kids 12 and younger are $10 on the Hillside. If you have applied for -- and have been approved to receive -- official race credentials, you can pick them up at the Credential Office at the Avondale Welcome Center (11465 W Civic Center Dr. Avondale, AZ 85323). Your photo ID will be required to retrieve your credentials. Note: You cannot pick up credentials for anyone other than yourself.
The ticket office at the Phoenix Raceway Administration Office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday.
During race weekend tickets can be purchased at-track at the Ticket Office at Gates 3. The ticket office is open when gates open until approximately halfway through each day's race. Hours are subject to change, so please call the ticket office at 866.408.RACE (7223) to verify hours on race weekends.
Yes! "Will Call" is for tickets purchased/paid for in advance but not received before the race. The Will Call window is located at the Gate 3 ticket office and opens on Friday of the race weekend. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets at Will Call and only the person whose name appears on the ticket account may pick up the tickets.

The track is approximately six miles south of Interstate 10 at Exit 131. It's located just south of the corner of Avondale Blvd. and Southern Rd. You can receive traveler information from the Arizona Department of Transportation by calling 511 or visiting az511.com.
Phoenix Raceway has numerous souvenir stands throughout the track offering collectibles, apparel, and more. These stands feature merchandise from all of the top NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series, and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series drivers and teams. Find merchandise for your favorite driver or team at the Merchandise Haulers inside the gates on the Midway during NASCAR Race Weekends.
ARE SOUVENIR PROGRAMS AVAILABLE?
Yes! Race weekend programs are packed with information and original articles about the featured races. The cost of a souvenir program varies from race weekend to race weekend. Program kiosks are located throughout the Midway.
DOES PHOENIX RACEWAY WORK WITH ANY AMBASSADOR PROGRAMS?
We do! Pollen is an approved ambassador program operator for Phoenix Raceway.
Phoenix Raceway’s track public address system is simulcast on 88.5 MHz FM. This can be tuned in with any standard FM radio/headset.

GRANDSTANDS
Permitted items include:
- A maximum of two (2) bags per person are allowed through admission gates.
- Backpacks, diaper bags, clutch bags and fanny packs are permitted as long as they do not exceed a maximum size of 18”x18”x14”
- One soft-sided cooler per person (maximum size of 14"x14"x14" - may contain ice)
- A combination of any of the above mentioned items will be allowed with the exception of the soft sided coolers which will be limited to one cooler per guest
- Sunscreen, sunblock, hand sanitizer, and bug spray (aerosol, gel or liquid forms)
- Pre-packaged and sealed food and beverage items in clear bag or soft sided cooler (alcohol and glass are PROHIBITED)
- Ice
- Insulated cups - NO LIQUID INSIDE (maximum size of 64 oz)
- Water fountains found throughout the facility for a refill
- Cameras, binoculars, scanners and headsets that can be worn over the neck, belt, or carried inside of one of the bags
- iPads, tablets and laptop computers
- Seat cushions without metal components
- Cigarettes and lighters
- Service animals
- Nationality flags attached to a pencil-sized wooden stick. Flags may not obstruct another fan's view of the racing action
Prohibited items include:
- Foam or hard-sided coolers regardless of size
- Weapons (any firearms, knives, etc.) and all other items restricted by Local, State or Federal law. This includes pocket knives.
- Displays of the confederate flag
- Fireworks
- Glass or ceramic of any kind
- Alcoholic Beverages
- Dry ice
- Any bags, backpacks or containers that are larger than the allowable size
- Laser pointers
- Noise makers and air horns
- Aerosol cans (with the exception of sunscreen, sun block, hand sanitizer, and bug spray)
- Selfie sticks
- Tripods and monopods that are either solid or collapsible
- Illegal substances of any kind
- Seat cushions with metal components
- Collapsible chairs
- Wagons
- Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), also known as drones
- Frisbees, balloons, beach balls or any other projectile
- Skateboards, hover boards, roller skates, scooters and bicycles
- Obscene or indecent clothing
Any other items deemed inappropriate or unsafe may be refused at the discretion of security and management. These items are subject to change without notice. There are no provisions for checking and holding items deemed restricted. Restricted items may not be left at or around the gates. Items left unattended will be removed and discarded.
NASCAR’S Ticket Refund Coverage is available during the purchase process for customers when ordering their tickets. This refund coverage is NASCAR’S promise to their fans to protect their purchase with an Enhanced Refund Protection Purchase!

Ticket are now received digitally via Tickets @ Home. This provides fans the flexibility to display tickets on their mobile devices for non-contact entry at the gates or the ability to print tickets at home from a computer and printer.
NASCAR Championship Weekend tickets will be available to download and/or print around SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER. As a reminder, to receive your tickets they must be paid in full.
Below are instructions for accessing your tickets through your mobile device and computer. Please familiarize yourself with these instructions and save your tickets to your mobile device or print them out prior to your arrival to be ready before race day. As a best practice, you may also save your tickets in your digital wallet on Apple devices for easy access at the gate.

LOST & FOUND INFORMATION:
During NASCAR event weekends, lost & found will be located at the track at the Guest Services office near Gate 3. Guest Services will be open when gates open each day and close approximately 1 hour post-race and can be reached at 623.772.2007 or [email protected]. During non-NASCAR event weekends, lost & found will be located at Phoenix Raceway’s main office at 125 S. Avondale Blvd, Suite 200 and can be contacted by phone at 866.408.7223. Hours for the main office are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.
Found items are held for a minimum of 180 days after which time they are disposed of by donating to a local charitable organization.
Anyone wishing to claim property at the lost and found area must provide a detailed description of the item, proof of ownership and valid ID or a Driver's License.
For life-threatening emergencies call 911. There also will be uniformed law enforcement officers, medical teams, and guest services representatives (wearing a red vest or a blue vest) positioned throughout the facility to assist you if your situation does not require an immediate emergency response.
FIRST AID STATIONS
There are three first aid locations inside the grandstand gates. Located in section 117 and 148 on level 3 on the grandstands. Additionally, there is a location in the infield. These facilities are open to the public when gates open each day, one-hour post-race. Care center outside gate 5 is open 24-hours throughout the race weekend, beginning Friday at 8 a.m. through Monday at 6 a.m.
All first aid locations provide all levels of pre-hospital medical care, from basic first aid to advanced cardiac and trauma life support.

Smoking is not permitted in the grandstands, elevators/escalators, concourse area or within 20’ of any doorways.
We recognize pets are like family and want to make your visit to our Raceway the best ever. Since we do have many responsible fans and pet owners, we allow pets in our camping areas.
To make sure we are offering all of our guests the best experience we ask pet owners to follow these policies. If at any time these policies are not adhered to, we will request your pet to be boarded immediately.
- All pets must stay within your assigned camping spot; please be careful walking pets along roadways.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and must dispose of their waste properly.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Please respect your neighbors.
- Excessive barking or aggressiveness is not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed through the grandstand gates unless they are a service animal.
SERVICE ANIMALS:
- The Raceway recognizes the importance of service animals in assisting guests with visual and other impairments.
- These animals are welcomed throughout the property, but must remain leashed and harnessed at all times.
- Guests are required to bring their own pet waste disposal bags.
- Guests who bring service animals may request wheelchair seating to accommodate the service animals safely and comfortably.
TO ENSURE A SAFE, COMFORTABLE AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE FOR ALL GUESTS AT PHOENIX RACEWAY, THE FOLLOWING CODE OF CONDUCT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED:
- Show respect to all guests, Raceway employees and their property
- Comply with all local, state and federal law while on the Raceway property
- Displays of the confederate flag will not be allowed
- Smoking is not permitted in the grandstands, elevators/escalators, concourse area or within 20’ of any doorways.
- Comply with all parking, camping and RV published rules
- Follow all instructions of Raceway personnel
- All persons entering the Raceway are subject to reasonable search to protect the safety of the public and to ensure compliance with this Code of Conduct
- Items intended for sale or trade may not be brought onto Raceway property, including the parking lots, without a written agreement with the Raceway
REFRAIN FROM:
- Sitting in a reserved grandstand seat without the appropriate ticket
- Unruly, disruptive, verbally abusive, threatening or illegal behavior
- Foul, abusive or obscene language, gestures, acts, signs or their display on clothing
- Throwing objects within the stadium or onto the racing surface
- Possession inside the track grounds of items not allowed for gate entry
- Intoxication to the point of impairment or resulting in irresponsible behavior risking yourself or other guests
- Fighting, taunting, harassing or threatening other guests, displaying signage or flags that impedes sightlines, the event broadcast or on-track competition or contains inappropriate, controversial, prejudicial, obscene or offensive symbols, slogans, language or imagery
- Attempting to interfere with on-track competition
The unauthorized resale of tickets in, on or around the Raceway property is not permitted under any circumstances. Persons caught selling tickets in violation may have their tickets and their right to future tickets to the Raceway revoked. To avoid using counterfeit or stolen tickets, please purchase tickets through authorized Raceway ticket outlets only.
Phoenix Raceway management reserves the right to amend these items and has final determination in what is included in each. Guests are responsible for their own behavior and the behavior of guests who they have provided admissions to. If Raceway staff or Law Enforcement personnel need to respond to and intervene on any of the above prohibited behaviors, those found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund. Violations may result in the loss ticket renewal privileges to future events and/or arrest.
With your help, every guest will have a positive and memorable experience while visiting Phoenix Raceway.

GEICO GECKO CAMPING POLICY
RULES OF THE ROAD
- Each reserved marked camping space is for 1 camping (livable) unit and 1 tow vehicle only. A reserved RV and vehicle pass/ decal is required. The original RV pass must be affixed to the RV/vehicle at time of check-in and remain affixed on the RV/ vehicle while parked on property. The pass cannot be tampered with or altered from its original condition.
- Camping unit, equipment, and tow vehicle must all fit within the marked space. Additional vehicles may park in Blue 2 & 6.
- Pop-up tents are allowed in each camping space but cannot be larger than 10x20 or consist of more than 2 pop-up tents per camping space.
- Fire lanes and roadways cannot be blocked at any time. Please park all campers and vehicles in designated camping areas or spaces only. Do not block roadways. Activities in roadways that interfere with traffic or emergency access will not be permitted.
- Quiet hours are from 12am – 6am. Please be courteous to your neighbors and keep music/ talking to a level only heard in your RV site so as to not disturb other guests. Speakers must be maintained at a reasonable level and facing inward toward your camping space. Generators & speakers must be turned off during quiet hours.
- Spotlights, lasers, loud music, PA systems, amplified equipment, live bands, or other activities that interfere with other guests are prohibited.
- Unauthorized vehicles including, but not limited to, golf carts, electric or gas bikes or scooters of any kind, sand rails, dirt bikes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs or ATCs), or any off-road recreational vehicles are prohibited on Phoenix Raceway property. Single-person electric convenience vehicles are allowed to assist guests with disabilities. A vehicle that is street-legal or licensed to operate on the roadway does not mean it is allowed on Phoenix Raceway property. Phoenix Raceway will review vehicles on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deem them unauthorized.
- Please do not use the shuttle roadway for walking, jogging, bike riding, skateboarding or other activity while shuttles are in service. It is important that the shuttle roadways are kept clear while in service.
- Wastewater dumping is a violation of Phoenix Raceway policy and Arizona State law (A.R.S. 13-1603). Any dumping of waste water will result in prosecution, ejection from the property, and renewal privileges will be revoked.
- Please be respectful of the environment and your neighbors and please place all trash in trash cans.
- Campfires on open, unprotected ground are PROHIBITED. Campfires in approved aboveground containers are allowed. Fires underneath awnings, dining canopies, or bonfires will not be allowed. Unusually dry conditions or county regulations may result in the prohibition of all open fires. Please do not place hot coals in trash cans or dumpsters.
- No stakes longer than 6” may be driven into the ground or
into any paved area. Any markings or writing on the ground, pavement, or any other Phoenix Raceway property is prohibited. - Confederate flags, offensive signs, flags or banners, lewd behavior, and profanity, as determined by Phoenix Raceway in its sole discretion, will not be tolerated.
- For your safety and that of other fans around you, only non-metallic flagpoles are permitted on Phoenix Raceway property. Please be aware of power lines and hazards at all times. Flagpoles are not permitted within 20 feet of an overhead power line.
- Carbon monoxide is dangerous and can cause death or bodily harm. For your own safety and the safety of those camping around you, please make sure that all generators, stoves, and related items are accompanied by proper ventilation systems. If your generator is not ventilated properly, you will be required to correct immediately or turn it off for the remainder of the event.
- No weapons of any kind are permitted on Phoenix Raceway property.
- Riding a bicycle on the property is a privilege and can be restricted or eliminated if reckless behavior is observed. Vehicles and pedestrians have the right of way. Bicycles are not permitted through the grandstand gates or on shuttle roadways while shuttles are in service. Please walk bicycles in the WALMART Market area. As in all matters, parents are responsible for the actions of their minor children. Electric bikes and scooters are not permitted.
- Unauthorized sales, marketing, or corporate hospitality are not allowed on Phoenix Raceway property.
- Phoenix Raceway (“Track”) strictly prohibits the use of any unmanned aerial vehicles (“UAV”), also known as a drone, for any purpose whatsoever on Track Property. A UAV for purposes of this policy is any aircraft without a human pilot aboard. Track personnel may remove anyone using a UAV on Track property and/or confiscate the UAV until the event is over.
- Fireworks, sky lanterns, water balloon launchers, super soakers, inflatable blimps, or other items deemed dangerous will not be allowed on Phoenix Raceway property.
- Pets must be leashed/controlled at all times.
- Pet waste must be properly disposed. Pets with excessive barking or aggressive behavior will be required to leave the property.
- Tampering with or moving light towers, port-a-johns, trash cans, or any other Phoenix Raceway property is prohibited.
- Phoenix Raceway is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Phoenix Raceway reserves the right to amend or implement rules at any time.
- RVs must exit the facility by noon following the final day of racing.
- Phoenix Raceway strives to operate in a safe environment. Phoenix Raceway does not discriminate but reserves the right to refuse service and admittance to any person if actions are deemed malicious, inappropriate, or abusive towards staff and/or other guests. All camping complaints/violations will be reviewed after each event weekend and multiple site visits and/ or repeat offenders may lose renewal privileges and will be notified by Phoenix Raceway Management.

Please place your trash in the can provided near your campsite. Each trash can will be emptied every morning.

Phoenix Raceway will have Campground Hosts located in the GEICO Gecko Trails, GEICO Gecko Flats, and GEICO Gecko Dunes North. They are on-site to answer your camping questions and make sure everything runs smoothly in your camping neighborhood.
Guest Services Information Booths are located in the Midway just inside Gate 3, on level 3 of the grandstands behind Sections 117 and 148, as well as in the FanShield Infield Experience.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU!
To provide a safe environment for our race fans while ensuring everyone's timely entry to view the event, the following policies shall be in effect. For Hillside policies, please visit phoenixraceway.com/hillside.
PERMITTED ITEMS INCLUDE:
- A maximum of two (2) bags per person are allowed through admission gates.
- Backpacks, diaper bags, clutch bags and fanny packs are permitted as long as they do not exceed a maximum size of 18”x18”x14”
- One soft-sided cooler per person (maximum size of 14"x14"x14" - may contain ice)
- A combination of any of the above mentioned items will be allowed with the exception of the soft sided coolers which will be limited to one cooler per guest
- Sunscreen, sunblock, hand sanitizer, and bug spray (aerosol, gel or liquid forms)
- Pre-packaged and sealed food and beverage items in clear bag or soft sided cooler (ALCOHOL AND GLASS ARE PROHIBITED)
- Ice
- Insulated cups (maximum size of 64 oz) - no liquid
- Cameras, binoculars, scanners and headsets
- iPads, tablets and laptop computers
- Seat cushions without metal components
- Cigarettes and lighters
- Service animals
- Nationality flags attached to a pencil-sized wooden stick. Flags may not obstruct another fan's view of the racing action
PROHIBITED ITEMS INCLUDE:
- Foam or hard-sided coolers regardless of size
- Weapons (firearms, knives, etc.) and all other items restricted by Local, State or Federal law. This includes pocket knives.
- Displays of the confederate flag
- Fireworks
- Glass or ceramic of any kind
- Alcoholic Beverages
- Dry ice
- Any bags, backpacks or containers that are larger than the allowable size
- Laser pointers
- Noise makers and air horns
- Aerosol cans (with the exception of sunscreen, sun block, hand sanitizer, and bug spray)
- Selfie sticks
- Tripods and monopods that are either solid or collapsible
- Illegal substances of any kind
- Seat cushions with metal components
- Collapsible chairs
- Wagons
- Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), also known as drones
- Frisbees, balloons, beach balls or any other projectile
- Skateboards, hover boards, roller skates, scooters and bicycles
- Obscene or indecent clothing
Any other items deemed inappropriate or unsafe may be refused at the discretion of security and management. These items are subject to change without notice. There are no provisions for checking and holding items deemed restricted. Restricted items may not be left at or around the gates. Items left unattended will be removed and discarded.
1. The biggest must-have of all // bug spray! Whether you‘re camping outside places like Bristol Motor Speedway, Pocono Raceway, or Talladega Superspeedway, always make sure to pack bug spray to shoo away pests like mosquitos, bees, wasps, and especially ants! Don‘t forget: pests love camping, too! They consider it an all-you-can-eat buffet, be it your food or, in the case of “skeeters,” your blood. Keep a can of bug spray in your bag, and don‘t forget the suntan lotion.
2. Practice makes perfect // If you‘re a camping newbie, DO NOT wait until you get to your campsite to figure out how to pitch your tent. Even if the instructions say you can be in business in five minutes or less, don‘t believe it if you have zero prior experience. Make several practice runs while still at home on learning a quick, efficient way to erect and take down your new tent. Also, put silicone treatment on both the inside and outside of your tent to make sure it‘s as waterproof as possible.
3. It‘s all about location, location, location // Make sure you pitch your tent on as level ground as you can find, and bring along two tarps or indoor/outdoor rugs, one that can essentially serve as your “living room” outside the tent, and another tarp for the interior of the tent to rest your sleeping bags upon and stay clean and dry. Lastly, if you can camp in locations that offer amenities including hot showers, clean restrooms, and some that even offer Wi-Fi connections, you‘ll have nearly all the comforts of home.
4. Getting a charge out of life, Part 1 // Don‘t forget a portable battery-powered radio — preferably one that includes a weather band (and alarm for approaching bad weather alerts) — and plenty of batteries. A radio not only keeps you connected with the news of the world and Motor Racing Network‘s or Performance Racing Network‘s broadcasts of NASCAR races, but it also keeps you informed of the weather in your immediate area. If a storm front is moving in, a radio will help you prepare for what‘s to come, as well as allow time to seek shelter, if need be. Also, make sure you have at least a couple of flashlights (again, with plenty of backup battery power) or lanterns to show you the way in the darkness. One clever amenity we‘ve seen numerous campers use is to hang glow sticks to give a more comforting ambient light atmosphere around the campsite.
5. Getting a charge out of life, Part 2 // Be it talking, texting, checking email and social media, surfing the web, or playing games, we love our cell phones. Unfortunately, the more we use our phones, the quicker the battery life dries up. Our best suggestion: invest in not one but two portable phone battery chargers. And like your phone, make sure they‘re fully charged before you leave home because it‘s easy to forget there isn‘t a wall plug or power strip that‘s accessible when you‘re in your tent.
6. Pack extra food and snacks (and ice!) // Your campsite menu plans are only limited by your imagination, from simple staples such as hamburgers and hot dogs, up to ribs, steaks, chicken, and more. Always bring more than enough non-perishables (aka canned food) in case you wind up staying an extra day or two, plus plenty of chips and other snacks to nibble on when you get the munchies (but be careful about leaving candy around, as the ants will descend upon you quicker than a mid-winter blizzard), plus plenty of water and other liquids to remain hydrated. Don‘t forget your cooler and lots of ice (or ice substitutes such as freeze packs and the like) to keep drinks, meats, and other perishables cool and prevent spoilage. And bring several rolls of paper towels.
7. Pack extra clothes and blankets // Even if you camp for just one night, make sure to have plenty of blankets, pillows, and extra dry clothes (including a jacket) in case you get stuck in the middle of a monsoon, your tent leaks or the 90-degree mid-afternoon temperature suddenly drops to 40 degrees at night, particularly in some of the more hilly areas near tracks such as Pocono, Bristol, and New Hampshire. And don‘t forget one folding chair apiece for everyone in your camping party.
8. Bring extra cash, just in case // Even if you‘re the most prepared camper in the world, there‘s always the chance of unexpected expenses that can occur at the worst of times. Plus, what‘s going camping if you can‘t bring home a few racing souvenirs from the track, right? One key tip: if you take extra cash, make sure it‘s in your wallet only and that the wallet never leaves your sight or possession.
9. If possible, keep your vehicle close by // Unless you‘re in a motor home or trailer, having your vehicle parked close by allows an element of enhanced safety from both stormy weathers as well as if a local bear or other wildlife wanders into your campsite (which admittedly is rare). And if your sleeping bag proves too hard to get some decent sleep, there‘s always the comfort of your car or truck to get some zzzzzs.
10. Don‘t be a litter bug // Bring plenty of garbage bags to clean up after yourself. Leave your campsite as you found it: clean! One other important thing: make sure that if you built one, your campfire is completely extinguished before you leave. To paraphrase a line from Smokey The Bear, only YOU can prevent campsite fires!
Oh yes, one more thing — and perhaps the most important thing to pack of all: don‘t forget your race tickets!
WEATHER POLICY
NASCAR and Phoenix Raceway officials will exhaust all efforts to ensure scheduled events take place on the originally scheduled day. In the event of inclement weather that causes a race to be postponed to a later date, the Weather Protection Program offers fans the opportunity to exchange their unused Grandstand tickets from the postponed race for any race of the same type at any NASCAR property in the next year.
The Weather Protection Program applies to regular grandstand tickets for all NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Cup Series races at any participating venue that is postponed and rescheduled to a different date due to inclement weather. Fan(s) may exchange regular grandstand tickets that were not used on the rescheduled date for a future NASCAR race at an approved property. Unused regular grandstand tickets may be exchanged for a same-series grandstand ticket of equal or lesser value on a ticket-by-ticket basis based on event and seating location availability at the time of redemption. Complete the request form below or contact the track ticket office to inquire about eligibility and exchanging your ticket (ticket form will be posted only when inclement weather occurs).

*Fans may exchange tickets for any NASCAR event with the exception of the DAYTONA 500 at Daytona International Speedway and NASCAR Cup Series Championship at Phoenix Raceway. Only tickets for the DAYTONA 500 or NASCAR Cup Series Championship event may exchange into the same event following year. I.E. if the DAYTONA 500 is postponed, DAYTONA 500 ticket holders may exchange their tickets for any participating event or the following year's DAYTONA 500.
Nothing. The protection is free for all customers with a paid regular NASCAR grandstand ticket at any of the 12 venues listed.
Upon completion of the rescheduled event, the accountholder has 60 days to contact the ticket office at the venue where the race event was postponed by completing the website request form below. If requesting events that happen within the 60-day period all requests must be made prior to event weekend. A ticket agent will assist you with the exchange process for a regular grandstand ticket for a future NASCAR event at any of the 12 venues listed.

Eligible regular grandstand tickets may be exchanged for any participating venue’s future NASCAR race within one (1) year of the original event date or for the same race the following year, excluding the Daytona 500. Only current Daytona 500 tickets can be redeemed for the next year’s Daytona 500. Eligible tickets must be redeemed within 60 days of completion of the postponed event. Regular grandstand tickets may only be exchanged for the same race series as the postponed event. If eligible regular grandstand tickets are not redeemed during the allotted timeframe set forth, the exchange opportunity will expire.
Only regular grandstand tickets purchased directly from a participating venue are eligible for an exchange under this policy. Complimentary regular grandstand tickets are not eligible for exchange under this policy. Restrictions also apply to corporate tickets and other special purchase situations. Patrons should contact the track ticket office after the postponed event has been completed with questions regarding eligibility.
Any eligible unused regular grandstand ticket(s) for the rescheduled event date may be redeemed. Contact the track ticket office to inquire about the eligibility of your grandstand ticket(s).
The Weather Protection Program only covers regular grandstand tickets.
No. Cash refunds will not be issued. This policy allows regular grandstand tickets to be exchanged for future NASCAR races at any participating venue listed.
The Weather Protection Program only applies if a race event is postponed and moved to a date other than the originally scheduled date. Delayed races regardless of the length of delay including if the event completes after 11:59PM would not be eligible.
Yes! "Will Call" is for tickets purchased/paid for in advance but not received before the race. The Will Call window is located at the Gate 3 ticket office and opens on Friday of the race weekend. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets at Will Call and only the person whose name appears on the ticket account may pick up the tickets.
The Weather Protection Program will not apply to races that were shortened due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances where the event is counted as official by the appropriate sanctioning body.
The ARCA Menards Series is NOT covered under our Weather Protection Program. If in the incident that the ARCA Menards Series race were to get postponed, guests would have the option to attend the postponed event - guests would need to bring their ticket from the previously scheduled event. If unable to attend the postponed event, no account credits or refunds would be issued.
