With the return of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Championship on Saturday, November 9, ISM Raceway will host an Open House providing race fans and the local community with free admission into the facility following the checkered flag of the NASCAR Xfinity Series Desert Diamond Casino West Valley 200. In lieu of the price of admission, fans are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items or new toys to support the Valley of the Sun United Way and those in need within the community.
“We’re excited to be able to open up our recently modernized facility for this event,” said ISM Raceway President Julie Giese. “This is a perfect opportunity for our neighbors that haven’t seen the $178 million renovations, or simply haven’t been to a race before, to experience what ISM Raceway is all about. As part of this community-focused approach, we are proud to team up with the Valley of the Sun United Way on a food and toy drive to give back to those in need here in Arizona.”
Fans will be allowed free entry into the facility for the Open House at the conclusion of the Desert Diamond Casino West Valley 200 at approximately 4 p.m. As part of the Open House event, merchandise haulers will remain open for one hour following the start of the 100-lap K&N West Pro Series Championship race. For those who want to take their experience to the next level, INfield passes will be available for $35, providing an up-close look at the racing action and access to the postrace celebration as the K&N Pro Series West crowns its 2019 champion.
Fans with tickets to the Desert Diamond Casino West Valley 200 NASCAR Xfinity Series Semi-Final may enter the facility when gates open at 8 a.m. on Saturday, November 9 and take in the entire day’s action including qualifying for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series and the NASCAR Xfinity Series as well as the doubleheader of races. The Desert Diamond Casino West Valley 200 is slated to begin at 1:30 p.m.
