Some familiar faces to local sports fans learned how to drive NASCAR race cars around Phoenix Raceway on Friday. Members of the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks, MMA fighters and social media influencers drove NASCAR Racing Experience cars around the championship 1-mile oval.
After their driving sessions, NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Jarrett put them in the passenger seat of his race car and showed them how a three-time DAYTONA 500 champion navigates Phoenix Raceway’s challenging doglegged track.

NASCAR fans can experience the same thrill at Phoenix Raceway leading up to NASCAR Championship Weekend.
Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 1, the NASCAR Racing Experience will offer driving opportunities each day through Thursday, Nov. 3, while also offering those opportunities on Monday, Nov. 7, the day after the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race at Phoenix Raceway.
NASCAR Racing Experience tickets at Phoenix Raceway are on sale now and can be purchased online at nascarracingexperience.com.
Fans who haven’t already purchased tickets for NASCAR Championship Weekend Nov. 4-6 are encouraged to do so without hesitation.
