NASCAR Track Market Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR MOBILE DEVICE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR MOBILE DEVICE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. This Sweepstakes may be modified, canceled or postponed by Sponsor at any time in its sole discretion due to pandemic (e.g., Coronavirus/COVID-19).
1. Eligibility: The NASCAR® Track Market Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to individual permanent legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older, and have reached the age of majority under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside, as of 1/13/22. Employees, officers and directors of teamDigital Promotions, Inc. (“Sponsor”), National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC (“NASCAR”), Daytona International Speedway, LLC, Darlington Raceway of South Carolina, LLC, Watkins Glen International, LLC, Michigan International Speedway, LLC, Richmond International Raceway, LLC, Talladega Superspeedway, LLC, Kansas Speedway Corporation, Martinsville International, LLC, Phoenix Speedway, LLC, California Speedway, LLC, Homestead-Miami Speedway, LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealerships, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, members, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties"), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
2. Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 1/13/22 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 12/31/22 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes will have twenty-two (22) Entry Periods (“EP”) (outlined below), two (2) Entry Periods for each NASCAR Race Track (defined below).

3. How To Participate: During each Entry Period there will be three (3) ways to participate in the Sweepstakes that will be executed at eleven (11) separate NASCAR®-sanctioned Race Track(s) (“Track(s)”): 1) Mobile Device: Visit a participating Track (listed above) and look for the Sweepstakes marketing pieces. Using your mobile phone, text the applicable Track code to the designated number provided on the applicable Track marketing pieces. Then follow the instructions to enter and receive one (1) entry into the applicable Track drawing. See above for the list of participating Tracks and locations; 2) Online: Visit applicable website above (the “Websites”), click on the applicable Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the Sweepstakes registration page, provide your email address, click go and then fully complete and submit the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided to receive one (1) entry into the applicable Track drawing; or 3) Survey: While at a participating Track (listed below) complete a survey as directed to receive one (1) entry into the applicable Track drawing. Limit of one (1) entry per person, per email address, per Track for each Entry Period regardless of the method of entry. Additional entries received from any one person or email address thereafter will be void.
NOTE: Those participating in the Sweepstakes by text message/mobile device: (i) must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to participate via mobile phone (available on participating carriers only); (ii) may incur standard text message and/or data charges from their wireless service provider (entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges); (iii) agree to receive reply messages which may be sent via automated dialing system; and (iv) agree to text STOP to (855) 250-7223 to cancel participation in the Sweepstakes and to cease receiving reply messages, provided however, you may receive a reply text message confirming that you have opted-out of and have canceled your participation in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, late, garbled, lost, illegible, delayed or misdirected stolen, entries, mail, failures or malfunctions of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines, cellular equipment towers, telephone systems, lost entries, text messages or transmissions, defect or delay in transmission, transaction processing, interrupted or unavailable network, server, wireless service provider or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures, garbled, misrouted, scrambled transmissions, printing, typographical or other errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials, or other errors or problems of any kind whether computer, network, cellular, human, electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prizes. The use of automated or similar devices, including but not limited to entries submitted using any bot, macro, script, or sweepstakes service (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of entry) to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entries made through such means are void. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s wireless phone/handset/computer/device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Winner Selection: For each Entry Period listed above, one (1) potential winner will be selected for each applicable participating Track (for a total of twenty-two (22) potential winners). Potential winners will be selected in an individual random drawing on the dates set forth in the chart in section 2 above from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Track during the applicable Entry Period (for a total of twenty-two (22) individual random Entry Period drawings during the Promotion Period). Non-winning entries received for each applicable participating Track/Entry Period drawing will carry forward to the subsequent Entry Period drawing for that applicable participating Track. Entry Period Drawings will be conducted in accordance with the Entry Periods outlined in section 2 above. Entry Period drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received for each participating Track during each applicable Entry Period. Winners will be notified by Sponsor by email. Limit of one (1) prize per person, immediate family member, or household throughout the Promotion Period, in connection with this Sweepstakes. Prizes will be awarded to the person named on the applicable entry (subject to verification of eligibility and the terms of these Official Rules). In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the entrant will be determined as follows: 1) For the mobile method of entry the entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided that such individual is eligible and such individual complied with these Official Rules; or 2) For Entry methods 2 and 3 listed in section 3 above the entrant will be deemed the person named on the applicable entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Released Parties are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The Released Parties are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information.

Maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize package =$500. Total ARV of all prizes: $11,000. TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM TRACK/ACTIVITIES AND LODGING ARE NOT INCLUDED AND ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and are subject to change. All tickets, passes and access are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. For the Watkins Glen International Entry Period Prizes, the DAYTONA 500® race and/or the NASCAR Cup Series™ Championship race tickets cannot be selected as part of the prize. The execution of additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by the applicable Track and/or any other applicable sanctioning body or opportunity provider may also be required and returned within the time period specified by such entities, as appropriate. Seat locations at any Track or activity shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Prizes must be used on dates specified by Sponsor (unless otherwise designated) or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential prize winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. If any NASCAR®-sanctioned event or any other prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of approximately comparable or greater value as determined solely by Sponsor. Prize Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all Track rules and regulations relating to the use of Track access and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such Track. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any Prize Winner and/or respective guest who acts(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Track. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural or man-made disaster that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the race. Tickets awarded as part of the Prize may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the race ticket(s). Note: Prize winners and their guest(s) irrevocably waives all claims against the Released Parties and agrees that the Released Parties will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes, the prizes awarded, personal injury, or wrongful death, a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and the causes thereof, and sickness arising as a result of the Prize winner participating in the Sweepstakes and related activities, wherever, whenever or however the same may occur. Prize winners fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that will be implemented from time to time by NASCAR or the respective track (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.
6. Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of a prize (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value (except as otherwise provided above), at its sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded are winner’s sole responsibility. The winners may be required to execute and return a Prize Claim form within (5) business days of issuance of notification. The execution of additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by any applicable sanctioning body or prize provider may also be required and returned within the time period specified by such entities, as appropriate. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner for the drawing at issue, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, in the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, if a potential winner fails to execute and return all required documents within the specified time period, or Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, such potential winner will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner for the applicable drawing may be selected. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and agrees that (1) Released Parties and each of their designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant’s name, voice, address (city and state of residence), photograph and/or other likeness for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any and all media or format now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (2) Released Parties and each of their respective designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and/or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes including but not limited to war, strikes, health crisis, epidemic, pandemic, civil disturbances, work stoppage, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, select the winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event leading to such termination. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person and void all associated entries of any person who they believe has tampered with the entry process, or any other component of this Sweepstakes, whose conduct or actions affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or who is in violation of these Official Rules.
7. Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held in New York County, New York; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
8. Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.
9. Use Of Entrant Information For Marketing Purposes: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor and used by NASCAR, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at: https://www.teamdigital.com/privacy-policy and NASCAR’s Privacy Policy available at: www.nascar.com/privacy-policy.
Opting-in to specific offers and/or requests to receive further communication from NASCAR and its track partners does not improve one’s chances of winning. Entrants also agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
