TRACK LAPS FOR CHARITY RETURNS THIS OCTOBER 3 UNDER THE LIGHTS!

Have you ever wanted to experience Phoenix Raceway from behind the wheel? Here’s your chance! Phoenix Raceway will be hosting Track Laps for Charity on Saturday, October 3. For a donation to Phoenix Raceway Charities, you will get the exciting opportunity to drive five laps around Phoenix Raceway following the official pace car.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All participants inside the vehicle must print and bring the required track waivers to the event. One waiver per adult. Minor waivers are required for participants under the age of 18.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND RULES INCLUDED:

  • We ask that guests pre-register online and print track waivers (adult and/or minor) and parental consent forms in advance to be brought to the event.
  • Track waivers and parental consent must be signed in person at the event in the presence of track personnel.
  • Please wait until you have arrived at the event through Entry D to sign and complete your waivers and parent consent.
  • The vehicle MUST be street-legal, equipped with seat belts or other DOT/SFI approved safety restraint systems.  Motorcycles (2 or 3 wheeled), rental cars, ATVs, golf carts, and/or large-capacity vehicles (15-passenger or larger vans & buses) will not be permitted to drive on the track. 
  • Drivers must be 18 years or older.
  • Driver must present Phoenix Raceway staff with a valid driver’s license and proof of ownership/insurance for the vehicle participating in track laps.  
  • Registered owner of the vehicle must be present for the track lap.
  • All participants/occupants must remain inside the vehicle at all times, with seatbelts on.  Participants are not permitted in truck beds.
  • Minors in vehicles must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian and properly secured by seat belt.  Children younger than 8 years old and shorter than 4 feet, 9 inches, must be properly secured in a safety or booster seat.  It is strongly recommended that children 12 and under ride in the back seat
  • No passing is allowed.  Speed will be controlled during track laps.
  • No public restrooms are available during tracks laps.

All funds raised will support Phoenix Raceway Charities, a 501(c)(3) donor-advised fund under The NASCAR Foundation. Arizona Accelerator Charities’ mission is to accelerate the development of children in Arizona by supporting education, children and families of our military and military veterans, and life enrichment programs for children and families in our community. 

Each person inside the vehicle must complete a track waiver. Minor waivers are required for guests under the age of 18. Before your visit, please download and print all necessary waivers.
