PHOENIX (September 28, 2023) — Women in Sports Events (WISE) Arizona honored Phoenix Raceway President Latasha Causey Wednesday night as the recipient of the Inspiring Sports Executive of the Year Award at the WISE Arizona Women of Inspiration Gala.

“It is hard to think of someone more deserving of this award than Latasha Causey,” said Chip Wile, NASCAR Senior Vice President and Chief Track Properties Officer. “Latasha‘s work at Phoenix Raceway is nothing short of inspirational, and she‘s making a tremendous difference within the community and our sport.”

Her Inspiring Sports Executive of the Year Award from WISE Arizona joins a collection of other notable distinguishments, including being named one of the Most Influential Women in Arizona by AZ Big Media in 2021 and being chosen as a 2018 Outstanding Women in Business honoree by the Phoenix Business Journal. She was also featured in Frontdoors Magazine for her philanthropic accomplishments in 2017.
