New in 2021, Racing Electronics rentals must be purchased in advance online. This will be a more efficient way to pick up orders, allowing fans to spend less time in line. No walk-ups will be allowed. Hurry and purchase now before pricing increases on October 25th!

Curious what drivers talk about during the race? Hear uncensored audio with a scanner rental from Racing Electronics! With a scanner you can tune into your favorite driver & team communication or listen to the radio broadcast.

Each scanner rental from Racing Electronics comes with:

  • Clear Carrying Tote
Going with Friends? Upgrade your rental with an Easy Talk Intercom System! This includes two headphones with microphones, allowing users to easily communicate over the noise of the race.

The deadline to rent a scanner is on November 4th at 3:00PM local time.

We feel a fulfillment model will allow us to create a more efficient and enjoyable customer experience. Fans will spend less time in line picking up their scanner and headphones.

Creating a more efficient way for our customers to pick up their orders also positions us well for observing the best practices associated with social distancing in a live event environment.

AT WHAT EVENTS WILL RACING ELECTRONICS UTILIZE THIS NEW OPERATIONS MODEL?

Fans will need to reserve their rentals in advance for all NASCAR events.

IS THIS A PERMANENT CHANGE, OR WILL TRADITIONAL OPERATIONS RETURN ONCE ATTENDANCE RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED FROM EVENTS?

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY SCANNER WHEN I GET TO PHOENIX RACEWAY?

Fans that have pre-ordered a scanner online, can pick them up near Gate 3, in the FanShield Infield Experience between the Black Zone and the restrooms* or near the Hillside gate entry between turns 1 and 2.

RACE DAY INFORMATION

Racing Electronics will only be redeeming scanner rentals PRE-ORDERED through Phoenix Raceway so be sure to reserve a scanner prior to heading to NASCAR Championship Weekendand. FanVision services will NOT be available. If you are bringing your owned RE scanner or LEGEND device, be sure to look at frequencies and programming information.
