Phoenix Raceway to host NASCAR Watch Party Sunday at Chicken N Pickle

NASCAR fans will gather round the pickleball courts for the penultimate race of the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series season and see who punches their ticket to the Championship 4 at Phoenix Raceway!

PHOENIX (Oct. 24, 2023) – Is there anything more fun than watching an exciting NASCAR Cup Series race and playing pickleball, too? Likely not. That’s why Phoenix Raceway announced today that it will host a NASCAR watch party on Sunday, Oct. 29 at Chicken N Pickle in Glendale (9330 W. Hanna Ln.) for the Xfinity 500 NASCAR Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway.

That race, which begins at 11 a.m. MST, will determine the two drivers that will join Kyle Larson and Christopher Bell in the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Championship 4 on Sunday, Nov. 5, at Phoenix Raceway.

“What better way to enjoy the race on Sunday than with the great food and fun you can have at Chicken N Pickle,” said Phoenix Raceway President Latasha Causey. “Pairing the final race before NASCAR Championship Weekend with their lively atmosphere will make for an unforgettably entertaining experience.”

Chicken N Pickle is a unique, indoor/outdoor entertainment complex whose mission is to provide an atmosphere that fosters fun, friendship, and community for all ages. This includes a casual, chef-driven restaurant and sports bar that boasts pickleball courts, a variety of yard games and enough space to kick back and relax with your favorite peeps.

On Sunday, in addition to the fun games and great-tasting food, Phoenix Raceway will have its pace car parked inside the Chicken N Pickle yard to provide shareable moments on social media. Watch party attendees can also participate in various giveaways with a chance to win grandstand tickets and infield passes to all three races during NASCAR Championship Weekend, including the sold-out NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race on Nov. 5.

Only a limited number of tickets remain available for the 2023 NASCAR Championship Weekend, Nov. 3-5. The action on Friday, Nov. 3, includes the ARCA Menards Series West championship race, the Desert Diamond Casino West Valley 100, and the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Championship Race. On Saturday, Nov. 4, the NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship Race caps a day that also includes NASCAR Cup Series practice and qualifying.

And then on Sunday, Nov. 5, following a pre-race concert by Diplo presents Thomas Wesley, the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race will close the season in exciting fashion. Grandstand seats sold out for the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race in June, but a select number of infield general admission and FanShield Infield Experience tickets remain. Grandstand seats are also going fast for Friday and Saturday’s action, so fans are encouraged to visit www.phoenixraceway.com to secure their seats while supplies last.
